I booked a flight to go seem my in laws with my wife. We booked it 7 months prior with Jetblue.

AAA did not allow me to choose the seating, it seemed as though they were going to take care of it, did they? Of course not. They have no seats assigned for my wife and I with our flight coming up in 5 days and the returning flights we are on opposite sides of the plane. I called them and asked who is accountable for such poor service?

The response? "Oh this is now the other company's discretion".

Now I have to upgrade both flights to ensure my wife and I are sitting next to each other which will cost an extra $130. THANKS AAA!
