Had a tire blow out on I10 near Sealy, Texas. I called for service at 3:37 pm. I waited until 4:55pm for service. After no one showed up I called again to see the estimate time of arrival. I was told my call had not been dispatched out, that they would dispatch it out. Remember you we are on a major highway on the shoulder. It would be another hour or so. Thanks for a good Samaritan stopping and help us out. I had my 83 yr old mother with me. Horrible service...

Customer service

I just wrote a slew of checks to AAA for premium payments for my 3 auto's and homeowner insurance. I called to ask questions regarding my coverages to find out that we no longer have personal agents. Any time one calls their office, for any reason now you get to dig out your policy and look up all of your numbers etc... I liked my personal agent. Had I known this new "no personal agent" deal that AAA has now I'd have sought another company where one has a personal agent.

Damage on vehicle when towed to repair

Gouge in drivers side door. Reported and havent received any information after someone went to look at damage from AAA.

Changes Auto Insurance Premiums Without Notifying Customer

AAA increased my annual premium by $319 a year after just one month on the plan -- and without giving me any notice. I only happened to catch it because I saw the cost of my next bill was significantly higher. I feel like AAA has a pretty stellar reputation, so I was shocked when this happened. When I cancelled my policy, I was hit with a huge fee as well, but I was so discouraged by this customer service experience that I just wanted out -- even if other insurers are going to charge me similar rates.

Fraud and specialty is organize fatal accidents, to make more on the claim liability death pay out, but instead of paying the claim they hold the claim and say they are going to handle the financial responsibility of at fault driver in a wrongful death lawsuit they had file on behalf of both parties the driver and decease heirs to the deceased estates, which insurance is never part of probate because insurance always has a beneficiaries that had been elected by the person before they pass or a co-insurance owner like the other drivers on their policies

AAA doesnt replace a dead car battery in central Va where I live. Their solution is to tow my car to the nearest garage to have a new battery installed. Ridiculous solution.

Being ripped off by your Annapolis Car care center

I have not heard back from a representative of AAA, my vehicle is still at the Annapolis Car Care Center. I don't believe this is how your customers should be treated, it is unsatisfactory and unprofessional. I've been out of my vehicle for two weeks and no one is reaching out to rectify this problem.
